I have over 17 years of professional experience in manufacturing and operations, where I had the privilege to work with some of the world’s most recognized brands, including Tide, Ariel, Always, and Fairy. Throughout my career, I've built a deep understanding of producing high-quality products, driving innovation, and leading teams to success.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about travel and world history — I’ve explored 33 countries so far and I’m always looking forward to my next adventure.
I’m also a sports enthusiast, with a special love for boxing, which I admire for its discipline and mental strength.
In my free time, you’ll often find me enjoying computer games, where I love diving into new worlds, strategy, and fast-paced action.

Launched and leading an end-to-end supply chain loss elimination process to identify and resolve inefficiencies. Designed and leading a transformative labor productivity improvement program to drive plant cost effectiveness.

Led the pads manufacturing operation, overseeing 4 production lines, and managing 85 employees. As Plant Manufacturing Capability Program Leader, drove the deployment of advanced continuous improvement concepts aligned with Manufacturing 4.0 trends.
